careers

There is a lack of diversity in our industry which does not reflect the working population of the UK. The PR industry needs to reflect society in order to develop authentic, meaningful campaigns. At Phipps we are striving to create an inclusive environment and we are actively looking for new talent from all backgrounds to enable this. As well as recruitment we pledge to continue to work with a representative group of spokespeople, content creators and experts across our campaigns. We are always trying to improve our way of working to be more inclusive and to reflect our values: thoughtful, energetic, rigorous and committed.

At Phipps we like to look after our team. Not only do we invest in relevant training opportunities but everyone also gets £400 to spend each year learning a new skill – it helps to keep our busy working lives balanced. So far the team has learnt how to snowboard, speak Spanish, arrange flowers, windsurf, make films and apply makeup for the catwalk, to name but a few.
