We’re looking for a Social Media Manager

Typically, you will have a minimum of five years’ experience in a social role – consultancy or in-house. You will:

  • Be responsible for the day-to-day digital running of client accounts and you will help to drive the development and delivery of client campaigns
  • Be a key client contact and you will be responsible for managing junior colleagues across accounts
  • Optimise and refine existing social media and content strategies for a range of clients and day to day running of channels, with a focus on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube and TikTok
  • Run paid social campaigns and use social channel management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Klear, etc)
  • Interpret client briefs, lead brainstorm sessions, and create social strategies and proposals
  • Collaborate with client account teams to ensure synergy and tone across brands to maximise online and offline results
  • Liaise regularly with influencers to build relationships and generate interest in the agency’s clients. Use influencer marketing platforms e.g. Klear
  • Have exceptional organisation and client management skills including attention to detail and ability to manage multiple complex projects
  • Prepare client cost estimates, ensuring accuracy and profitability; manage budgets during active campaigns, strive to consistently deliver maximum profitability
  • Assist in the development and management of the overall social media strategy for the agency
