Our brief was to reach a wide range of ‘taste explorers’ and share with them the versatility of the whole spice range.
Our strategy was to create the next obsession in lockdown cooking via a trending dish. And so Phipps launched the Schwartz ‘Flip It With Flavour’ campaign in February to amplify pancake day and the range of herbs and spices. Working with a collective of four well-known macro influencers including celebrity chef Clodagh McKenna, GBBO star Chetna Makan, leading food influencers Fit Waffle and the Vegans of LDN, each created a pancake recipe packed with flavour and oozing wow-factor to inspire their followers, reaching a new audience for Schwartz.
