Graham Norton and Invivo’s Great British Pub Quiz

CHALLENGE:​

Graham Norton wines are produced by NZ wine company Invivo and sold in ten countries worldwide. Having launched in 2014 with an initial 1,000 cases, 2021 saw Invivo and Graham Norton celebrate producing their 15 millionth bottle of wine together. However, Graham had never met the UK trade or wine writers and he needed to be introduced…

ACTIVITY: ​

Phipps organised a traditional ‘Great British Pub Quiz’ hosted by Graham and wine critic Jancis Robinson to bring in the crowd.  Media interviews with Graham took place pre event ensuring in depth coverage and teams were competing to raise money for The Drinks Trust with every right answer. 

RESULTS:  ​

Over 80 members of the UK trade and wine writers attended the event ​

Raised over £3k for The Drinks Trust​

Highlights included features in the Telegraph, Daily Mail and The Grocer.
