With over 7 years’ experience in the wine trade, Rhian has worked with some of the finest wines in the world, from super Tuscans such as Sassicaia to big Burgundian legends like Domaine Leflaive. Rhian is now very excited be working with her favourite grape variety; Riesling. Her love of food and (mainly) wine grew from her time living in Italy’s foodie capital Bologna and Lyon, culinary Mecca of France. Rhian is in her element organising events and hosting parties. Working and travelling around New Zealand and Australia kick-started Beth’s love of all things food and drink. Instead of a map, wineries and craft breweries were used to navigate both countries.
